BGYA needs you

To the editor:
The Brandon Groveland Youth Assistance program is gearing up for another busy year now that school is about to start.
The program offers assistance in a number of ways to both youth and families in need. That also means that energetic, enthusiastic volunteers are needed to help with many of our programs. We are looking for people who may only have an hour or two to give. We are looking for people that may want to be involved with a program on a one time basis. We are looking for people who may have an hour or two a week to commit to helping our youth. There are a variety of opportunities for community members to participate. Brandon Groveland Youth Assistance offers camp outings. Youth Recognition night, participation in SeptemberFest, a ‘Mentors Plus? program, and more. It can be something as simple as delivering flyers, to a more extensive role such as volunteering for the board of directors.
Brandon Groveland Youth Assistance will gratefully accept anything you can do to help promote our youth so they achieve every success possible in life. If you have any questions about how you can become involved, please feel free to contact our office at anytime, and we will work to arrange a volunteer opportunity that is custom made for your busy schedule. Please help us help the youth of Brandon and Groveland townships. Phyllis McCaffrey
