From 8 a.m.-noon each Saturday through Oct. 10 residents of Brandon, Groveland and Atlas townships are encouraged to dig out those unused bicycles lingering in garages, barns or sheds and bring them to the Clarkston Farmers? Market across from Depot Park for Bicycles for Humanity.
Bicycles for Humanity is a grassroots organization out of Canada that supports the shipments of unused bicycles to African countries. The Clarkston Farmers? Market is a non-profit organization designed to provide outlets to our area’s local growers. Now there is a partnership as area farmers? markets reach across the globe to help local growers in Africa.
