Richard Bisio was sworn in to serve on Clarkston City Council, May 13.
‘I am pleased to once again be serving the people of Clarkston,? said Bisio, who previously served on council, 2010-2012.
He replaces Carol Eberhardt, who left the council to serve as city manager.
Mayor Joe Luginski said Bisio was the only candidate to apply for the appointment.
Bisio will serve in the position until the next election in 2014.
