Some of God’s creatures showed up at Olde World Canterbury Village over the weekend to be blessed by members of the St. Mary’s-in-the-Hills Episcopal Church.
Most people brought their faithful canines, including Darci Seipke, whose mixed Lab, Coco, got the blessed treatment (right).
But a horse was also on hand (pictured above) to lead the faithful on a parade before the blessing began.
A craft show was also taking place on the premises to benefit Seipke, who suffers from a kidney condition.
Norma Luettke (shown below) came to get her dog, Benjiman, baptised. She claimed her dog was a fanatic Detroit Tigers fan, and was keeping his head up despite their season.
