Brandon Twp. — During the regular meeting on Jan. 13, the Brandon Board of Education voted unanimously to appoint Rebecca Haynes as president, Hilary Stockoski as vice-president, Jeff Zilkie as secretary, and Jody Hall as treasurer.
Haynes, Stockoski and Zilkie held the same positions in 2024.
“I am honored to serve as School Board President for a third consecutive year,” said Haynes. “As a proud parent of two graduates and two current students at our high school, I am deeply invested in the success of our district.”
These positions are for the 2025 calendar year. The board also voted unanimously for the board compensation to be $0.
“I am continually inspired by the dedication of our staff, the strength of our community, and the potential of our students,” said Haynes. “Together, we will continue to build on our achievements, improve in all areas, and ensure our district remains, what I consider, the treasure of northern Oakland County.”
