Brandon Fire Department assisted Oxford Fire Department with a storage barn fire at 2425 Granger Road on March 28. Firefighters were called to the scene at 11:45 a.m. to extinguish the burning 1,800 square-foot wood frame pole barn. While the building was completely destroyed several horses inside the structure at the time of the fire were uninjured. The fire remains under investigation. Photo by Bob Flath.
