The Charter Township of Brandon Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing February 23, 2005 at 7:30 P.M. at Brandon Township Offices, 395 Mill Street, Ortonville, Michigan 48462.

Request: Applicant requests an interpretation of Building Department’s ruling that the architecture of proposed manufactured home, to be placed on vacant property next to 4141 Oakwood Road, does not meet the requirements of Section 5.19 of the township zoning ordinance regulating factory made dwellings. Tabled from the January 26, 2005 meeting.

Request: Applicant requests to replace existing garage on non conforming lot of record which includes the following setback variances:
1. Side yard setback variance of 2 feet
2. Front yard setback variance of 34.5 feet.
