Bridgewood Church hosts 1 Day to Feed the World, Oakland County gives back, 7 p.m., Aug. 28, with inflatables, concessions, fun activities and outdoor family movie, Disney’s “Bolt,” at dusk. Admission is by donation and canned good donation.
On Aug. 30, 8:30 a.m., is a certified and chipped 5K run/walk and Family 1 Mile, with fun children’s activites along walk; 10 a.m., celebration rally with special guest L. Brooks Patterson, inflatables, petting farm, face painting and kid’s free gym circuit, all at Bridgewood Church, 6765 Rattalee Lake Road.
