Janet Saunders notified the Village Council that she was forced to leave her post on the Zoning Board.
According to the council, she had been a very faithful and active member of the Board and has contributed much to the improvement of the village.
They said she will be missed.
The action before the council was to accept or reject the resignation, which they accepted as part of the consent agenda.
