Phase 2 of a study for a proposed Brown Road Overlay District begins soon.
The first phase of the project was market analysis, and Real Estate Development Research, LLC will begin the next phase, analysis of the market analysis and economic analysis.
The report should be back before the Orion Township Board of Trustees in 60-90 days. The cost of the study was not to exceed $10,000 as a whole.
