Lisa Marie Gebus and Patrick Keefer Fink were married in a double-ring ceremony Sept. 1, 2007, at St. Thomas by the Sea Catholic Church in Orange Beach, Ala.
Lisa is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Gebus of Clarkston and Orange Beach, Ala. Patrick is the son of Col. and Mrs. Theodore J. Fink, USAF Ret., of Germantown, Ohio.
The bride wore a sheath gown of ivory satin, featuring a halter of metallic beading, a ruched chiffon bodice, and a sweep train. She carried an arm bouquet of white dendrobium orchids on palm fronds, with matching orchids in her hair.
Attending the bride were friends Stephanie Vogler of Rochester; Jill Tebbe of Sterling Heights; and Jennifer Morrill of Chicago, Ill. The bridesmaids wore cocktail length gowns in clover green satin and carried purple dendrobium orchids on palm fronds.
Best man was Capt. Adam Fink, USAF, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Matthew Davis of Birmingham, Ala., friend of the groom; and Adam Gebus of Huntsville, Ala., brother of the bride.
A dinner reception was held at Mango’s on the Island waterfront restaurant in Orange Beach, followed by an after-party of dancing and cocktails. Weekend festivities for the wedding guests included a dolphin-watching cruise on Perdido Bay and a deep sea fishing charter on the Gulf of Mexico.
The’wedding couple’enjoyed a’two week honeymoon’in Greece and the Greek Isles.? The new Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Fink reside in Huntsville, Ala., where Mrs. Fink is an engineering analyst for Signature Research, a Department of Defense contractor.
She will receive her Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama, Huntsville, in May. Mr. Fink works for Dynetics as a missile systems engineer and holds a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Auburn University.
