We are pleased to announce that we have teamed up with County Commissioner Michael Gingell to create a new column that will appear periodically in The Lake Orion Review.
The purpose of this editorial is to help inform the community on issues within county government and to make county government more accessible to the citizens of Orion Township and the Village of Lake Orion.
This column will be educational in nature and will cover items that range from defining the role of a County Commissioner to discussing jail overcrowding, funding of the County’s future pension obligation and other topics that will be coming before Oakland County Board of Commissioners during the current session.
