Oxford Middle School student Katie Paul, 13, was named both local & district winner in the Lions International Peace Poster Contest for students ages 11-13. Paul’s poster will advance to the multi-district level competition to determine the state winner, which advances to the international competition in New York City. Good luck, Katie!
