Coveted cup comes to Clarkston

Brothers Austin (left) and Parker Sereno of Waterford got an up-close look at the oldest and most famous trophy in professional sports when the Stanley Cup arrived for a brief visit at Tim Horton’s in Independence Township Sunday morning. According to NHL.com, the Stanley Cup, first presented in 1893, logged more than 400,000 miles in travel during the past five seasons.
