Patty is a 2 year old girl looking for a forever family to call her own. Her foster mom always calls her ‘Beautiful Brindle Princess?!! Everyone always tells her she is a super-sweet good girl. She loves people, always wanting to cuddle and get belly rubs. She goes for walks everyday because she has a lot of energy and getting exercise keeps her happy. She sits pretty for treats and take them gently. A lot of times, kids like to give her treats – that is why she has learned to take them very gently and she is really good at it! She plays well with most dogs but can be picky on who gets to be her friend. Slow, short introductions work best for her. She lives with other males and females in her foster home and gets along with most of them. She gets to play with them for hours at a time and always has a lot of fun. She is very healthy too, spayed, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative and on preventative, and micro-chipped.
If you think you are a good match and want to meet, please fill out an application or call foster mom, Erica, 586-871-7733.

He likes to try and be a lap dog because he really loves snuggling up to you the best. He’s very gentle, so a home where he’s a member of the family with kids crawling all over him would be a dream come true. He’ll sleep on your bed and keep you warm so you can turn down the thermostat and save some money. He loves walks and the dog park, and is looking forward to some formal training. If his personality doesn’t win you over, his smile sure will.

Max is young, 1 1/2 years old, neutered and up to date on all vaccinations. He has a handsome brindle coat and weighs just 17 pouds. He’s an active guy that could use some knowledge of the basics and is ready for training! He’s looking for an experienced home familiar with the Min Pin personality, probably not with small children though. He likes a little affection, but only for a second then he’s off to the next person or thing. He likes to play play play. Bianca is just over 1 year old. She was starving when found but is now up to almost 50 pounds. She has lots of energy and loves to play but becomes a cuddle muffin when tired out. She bonds well and will lay at your feet. She’s learning how to keep her crate clean and be house trained, as no one ever taught her before. She is very smart and learns quick, but also has a stubborn streak so an experienced family willing to work with her would be best. She’ll do best in a home without small animals or children. She also tends to guard her food. Because she almost starved to death, she might have some joint weakness and health issues in the future, so its important her family keeps her properly vetted and are willing to work with her for her entire life.
