Glitz Salons hosts its ninth annual Family Festival, Cut-a-thon, and Run for a Remedy, Sunday, July 25, at I-75 and Baldwin Road.
The event starts at 8 a.m. with a 5k run. A hypnotist show is at 11 a.m., and Princesses and Superheroes arrive at 1 p.m. Activities also include inflatables, pony rides, horse and carriage rides, games, silent auction, and haircuts for a $20 donation. Admission is free. All money raised goes to the Children’s Leukemia Foundation of Michigan.
