Oxford resident Pat Fitchena was presented the 2004 Claude Pepper merit award in recognition for outstanding volunteer work.
The award presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of recognizes Fitchena for her outstanding volunteer work.
It was presented to Fitchena last week by the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Senior Advisory Council during its 14th annual conference, in Frankenmuth.
The 2004 Claude Pepper merit award is given to those who have improved the lives of the area elderly. To Pat and her family we tip our hats and say, thank you and congratulations!
