Denise Bristow of Independence Township, Tract Index supervisor in the Oakland County Register of Deeds Office, was honored recently with a STAR Achievement Award for exceptional service.
Bristow, a 35-year county employee, was recognized for her exceptional customer service and for her efforts working with federal authorities to combat deed and mortgage fraud.
