A man already considered a suspect in a vehicle damage complaint earlier in the week, got into even more trouble after his wife came to the Oakland County Sheriff’s Department Orion Substation to report an assault that happened on Aug. 26.
The victim was assaulted by her husband on Mill Lake Road, after an argument about a family matter, according to an OCSD report. That same morning, the man had also discharged a firearm toward two of his neighbors? residences.
He also made verbal threats and physical threats with a knife earlier in the week, regarding the same family matter.
Deputies placed the man into custody and took him to the substation for questioning.
Meanwhile, additional patrol units were requested from neighboring areas, and observed large amounts of marijuana and firearms in the man’s residence.
