Three individuals filed by the July 15 deadline to run as independents for office in Addison Township:
? Chris Newby, 35, filed to run for treasurer
? Russell Astrino, 42, filed to run for trustee
? And Sereal Gravlin, 57, filed to run for supervisor.
Surveys of the independent candidates will be published after the primary elections.
