The Lake Orion Lions Club has applied to the Village of Lake Orion to hold their annual Jubilee carnival in downtown Lake Orion on June 29-July 2.
The LO Village Council will receive staff reports and take public comment at the June 12 meeting, at 7:30 p.m. The Lions Club has once again requested to use the parking lot at Children’s Park, starting June 26 at 6 a.m.
Set up for the carnival would be June 28, and clean-up on July 3. The request is also to close Broadway, from Flint to Shadbolt, and Flint, from Anderson to Lapeer Street.
