Karl Anthony Dzuris, of Rochester Hills, MI and formerly of the Oxford area, passed away unexpectedly July 10, 2012. He was 43.
He was born October 9, 1968 in Almont MI, the son of Michael David Sr. and Frances (Avendt) Dzuris, of Lapeer. Karl lived in Michigan most of his life. He attended Oxford schools and NEOVAC, learning small engine repair. After his time in the Army he worked at Great Lakes Export and later as a cement finisher.
Mr. Dzuris married Rhonda Hames October 26,2009. He was employed by Starbucks as a Barista. His love of his job was reflected by the way he encouraged his family to enjoy Starbucks coffee. Always having a pot made for us when we visited.
Karl is survived by his loving wife Rhonda, Karls? sons; Korey, Mark and Kevin. his Stepsons; Tirrell, Terrence and Tymarr, Stepdaughters; Samantha and Vironica. his parents, brothers; Pete, Tim and Ray, sister; Katrina. Sister-in-laws; Debbie (Fait) Dzuris, Debbie (Knasinski) Dzuris, and Virginia Dzuris, Many loving nieces and nephews. His previous marriages were to Tonya of Painesville, Ohio and Valerie of Port Huron, MI.. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, son; Lee, brother; Michael Jr. Aunt Pat (Avendt) Spana, Uncle Frank J. Avendt, and Sister-in-law Charlotte Dzuris.
Karl was an avid cook and enjoyed hunting, camping and fishing. His favorite pastime was helping others. He started giving his time to senior citizens when he was only 10 years old and continued until his death by making donations of time and Starbucks goodies to the seniors in his area.
