The Dragon varsity lacrosse team topped Waterford Unified 11-7 last Thursday for their first victory, then went on to capture the Waterford Williston Cup on Saturday.
In the invitational semifinals, Lake Orion scored twice in the final three-and-a-half minutes to tie Hartland. Dylan Van Fossen then scored the game winner in overtime as LO prevailed 5-4.
The Dragons beat Waterford again in the championship contest, this time by a 7-4 score.
The team is now 4-2 and will host Clarkston on Thursday night.
