The Goodrich Martians won their third straight district championship on March 2 by defeating Birch Run 90-36 at GHS. The Lady Martians then advanced to the Class B regional semifinal where they dumped Frankenmuth 66-25 at Carrollton High School. They will play Corunna in the Class B Regional final on Thursday.
Last year the Goodrich girls lost in double overtime to Dearborn Divine Child 54-52 in the Class B State Semi Finals.
The team is 24-0 this season.
