The community learned about the latest in orthopedics from the experts, at the Relief from Joint Pain seminar, April 21. Orthopedic surgeons and therapists with Michigan Center for Orthopedic Surgery and McLaren Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Center in Independence Township presented the free community seminar at the Clarkston Medical Building.
Local expert and resident, Dr. Shivajee Nallamothu talked about ‘total knee replacement, ? Dr. Andrew Ciarlone, ‘Total Hip replacement,? and Dr. Edward Lis, Jr. ‘Hip and Knee Resurfacing.? Physical therapist Travis Summerville discussed therapy for the hip and knee.
