Teams of sixth-graders from Oxford Middle School squared off against each other Monday night in the annual reading comphrension competition.
Competitors are required to read a selection of books prior to the event. During the battle, team members collaborate to answer timed questions about the books.
On Tuesday, fourth-grade teams from Oxford, Clear Lake, Lakeville and Leonard elementaries competed in the Battle of the Books.
