The LOBOS 98 Boys won the 12th Annual Lakeshore Soccerfest in Holland, MI. The team was a perfect 4-0 in the tournament held May 23-25.
In the U10 Championship game the boys posted a 10-0 win over the host club Chicago Fire Juniors-West Michigan.
The LOBOS 98 Boys outscored opponents by a total of 34-6 during the Memorial weekend tournament.
This was the team’s third trip to a tournament championship game under Coach Jeff Baron in only four tournament appearances. The LOBOS 98 Boys Championship team is made up of players from the Lake Orion, Brandon and Oxford school districts.
Tryouts for the next year’s team begin June 15 at 10 a.m. at Civic Center Park.
