Man arraigned in township indecent exposure

A 39-year-old man was arraigned last week on charges of indecent exposure and criminal sexual conduct at a Brandon Township group home.
Konstantinos Antonios Chrysogellos, a former resident of the home, was arraigned March 10 at 52-2 District Court on charges of aggravated indecent exposure, sexually delinquent person; indecent exposure, sexually delinquent person; and fourth degree criminal sexual conduct. During his arraignment, Chrysogellos said, ‘I don’t know why they sent me there in the first place. There was a minor child there.? He remains in the Oakland County Jail.
According to police reports, a Brandon deputy was dispatched twice on Dec. 28 to the group home in the 2000 block of Seymour Lake Road. The home’s manager said Chrysogellos was exposing himself and masturbating in front of other residents. He also made sexual contact with an employee.
The former Farmington Hills resident’s past criminal history is filled with similar behavior, including several sexually harassing phone calls made to daycare providers in Farmington, Utica, Auburn Hills and Canton last April; indecent exposure at the Farmington Hills police station in July while he was being held for possession of marijuana; and two indecent exposures documented in 1999, including one in a Livonia jail cell.
As a sexually delinquent person, he faces a sentence of up to life in prison.
