According to police reports, Brandon deputies were called Aug. 6 by a woman who reported that her 11-year-old daughter was sexually assaulted by a friend of the babysitter.
The mother said when she picked up her daughter at a home on Wildwood Loop, she was not acting right. She coaxed her daughter into telling why she was upset and the girl said Girgenti had touched her inappropriately.
Girgenti was given permission to stay at the Wildwood Loop residence after he tattooed the homeowner the night before. Oakland County Sheriff’s Office Detective Dale Brown said Girgenti was known around the mobile home park as ‘Oz? or ‘Tattoo Mike.?
The Fugitive Apprehension Team arrested Girgenti Aug. 21 in Pontiac.
