McLaren Health Care Village is scheduled for second hearing and final approval May 15.
The $600 million project at Sashabaw Road and Bow Pointe Drive, near I-75, includes medical offices, shops, restaurants, and a 300-bed hospital.
If approved, the project could break ground next month.
