The Oxford Jr. Wildcats received a nice surprise when Milosch’s Palace Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Ram presented them with a check for $1,860 following Chrysler’s Drive for the Kids program.
161 participants in the program earned a $10 contribution from Milosch’s Palace Chrysler for every Chrysler Town & Country that was taken for a brief test drive on June 11. Milosch’s supplied the vehicles and volunteers from the dealership were on hand to assist with the fund-raising drives.
Chrysler supports schools and organizations within the community where the company does business. Since Chrysler introduced Drive for Kids in 1993, Chrysler dealers have worked with parents and educators in communities across the nation.
‘Drive for the Kids is a mutually beneficial program. We’re pleased to support our local schools and enjoy demonstrating a terrific, world class product,? Cathy Maniace, Event Coordinator for Milosch’s Palace Chrysler Jeep, Dodge and Ram said. ‘Parents are genuinely interested in testing our Chrysler minivan with all the advanced safety, technology and economy features, and we are happy to raise extra dollars for the school. We all work together for the kids.?
Chrysler has contributed an estimated $4 million directly to local schools for students needs, from playgrounds and field trips to reading programs and computers. Chrysler is proud of this tradition of community involvement.
