Stadium Drive Elementary School held their first annual Fall into Fitness Fun Run on Oct. 13 to raise money for the school’s PTA. The PTA sponsors Family Fun nights, supports teachers and projects, and purchases items for the school while helping to sponsor activities throughout the year. The event took place at the Lake Orion High School track, and the school’s goal was to raise $15,000, with over 40 parent volunteers helping make it possible. The classroom in each grade with the highest pledge level will get a pizza party, while the student with the most pledges in the school will receive a $50 savings bond.
