A Dennison St. resident was taken to the hospital after being injured in an accident on S. Washington St. on Nov. 3.
According to the Oxford Village Police Report, David Berube, 57, was attempting to turn left onto Lincoln St. when he was struck by a 2002 gray Ford trying to turn left onto S. Washington St.
The driver of the Ford, a 17-year-old Oxford resident, told police that he did not see Mr. Berube until it was too late.
Mr. Berube complained of pain, but officers were unable to see any visible evidence of injury. He was transported to POH Medical Center in Pontiac by American Medical Response.
The 17-year-old driver was cited for failure to yield, not having an operators license on person and not having proof of insurance available.
