Tons of fall fun awaits visitors to Oxford’s Third Annual Scarecrow Festival Saturday, Oct. 15 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Centennial Park.
Come view and judge the top scarecrows in town.
Dress up your pet and enter him/her in the pet costume parade and contest.
Sample and judge who’s got the ‘Best Chili in Oxford? as local Rotarians and Kiwanians battle it out in a cook-off where the real winners are the tasters.
Top off that chili with a sweet seasonal treat.
Scarecrow crafts and pumpkin decorating will keep the kiddies entertained while mom and dad listen to the swinging sounds of the Barn Stormers as they play a delightful mix of country and oldies tunes.
Admission is free, but the memories are priceless.
