Tuesday, April 4 An 18-year-old man was seen taking a CD player off of a shelf, cut open the box and hide it under his jacket at a store on Lapeer Rd. He tried to leave without paying and was issued a citation for retail fraud.
A man returned to his apartment on W. Drahner and found that his laptop computer and IPOD had been stolen. Dirty footprints lead to an open bathroom window. The suspects used a ladder to enter the second-level window.

Wednesday, April 5 A mother reported her son’s cell phone was stolen while he was at the middle school.
A 21-year-old man from Ortonville was cited for retail fraud after he was seen trying to steal a computer game from a store on Lapeer Rd.

Thursday, April 6 A 15-year-old boy at the high school jumped an 18-year-old boy from behind and sucker punched his face because he said her heard him talking about him. The boy was suspended for 10 days.
A homeowner on Metamora Rd. reported that someone broke into her barn and stole a horse saddle worth about $100 dollars. The door lock had been broken to get in.
Reports of several kids on the roof of the school on Pontiac.

Friday, April 7 A school bus driver called police after a silver Jeep disregarded her red flashing lights at a stop on Seymour Lake Rd.
Reports of a woman on E. Manor St. trying to kill herself by slitting her wrists. Her daughter called paramedics and she was transported to Crittenton Hospital for evaluation. Her husband said she’s been cutting herself for a long time.
A woman took her truck in for repair at a dealership on Lapeer and Clarkston Rd. When she went to pick it up she noticed her license plate was missing.

Saturday, April 8 A 22-year-old woman from Ortonville’s license plate was stolen off of her Volkswagon Beetle while shopping at a store on Lapeer Rd.
A resident on Pontiac filed a juvenile complaint with kids skateboarding at the church.
A resident on Moyer filed a juvenile complaint after she noticed kids skateboarding on the porch of a vacant house. The kids were told to stay off the property.
A resident was walking their dog on Woodleigh Way when a dog on a porch attacked his dog. The owner was nowhere to be found.

Sunday, April 9 A 21-year-old man on S. Coats Rd. contacted deputies after a Polaris ATV he purchased through an eBay seller was never shipped to him. The man sent $1,068 via Western Union to the eBay seller and has never gotten the vehicle.
A 53-year-old man from Dryden was arrested for operating while intoxicated on Lapeer Rd. He was stopped for going 73 in a 55 mph zone.
Police were called to an alarm at a business on Glaspie, but found the suite nextdoor had windows broken out.
A blue Mongoose bike was taken from a yard on Louck.

Monday, April 10 A deer was hit by a car on N. Oxford Rd.
A 33-year-old woman on S. Lapeer got into a physical argument with her boyfriend’s 31-year-old ex-girlfriend. The ex-girlfriend claims the current girlfriend called her and made threats.
An 80-year-old man from Lake Orion called police after the passenger side window of his Cadillac was broken out while he was shopping at a store on Lapeer Rd.
A 38-year-old woman on Worthington called police after her 44-year-old neighbor started yelling at her about not picking up her dog’s feces. The man picked up the feces and tossed it on her front lawn. She says she hasn’t had the time to pick it up because of her four jobs.
A 42-year-old man from Clio was arrested for driving with a suspended license.
A resident on Pontiac reported someone disturbing the peace.
A girl on Lakeville Rd. called police and reported she was being chased around by a group of girls.
An employee at a business on Glaspie called police after a customer threatened to burn the building down if his boat wasn’t released.
A motorist called police reporting that a red Mustang was hiding from a sheriff’s patrol car behind a medical complex on Lapeer Rd.
A resident on Park St. complaining because his neighbor is parking on his lawn.

Tuesday, March 28 A woman was checking on her vacant mobile home for sale on Parker Lake Rd. when she noticed the bedroom window was open. The washing machine was turned sideways and water lines were unhooked.
Wednesday, March 29 A mailbox on Barr was damaged by an explosive device. A white, powdery substance and bottle of rubbing alcohol was found on the ground.
A miniature radio and $370 in cash was stolen from a house on Meadowbrook. The homeowner believes an employee who was left alone at the home to install new carpet may be a suspect.
A 42-year-old man from Cass City was arrested for operating while intoxicated after deputies witnessed him weaving in and out of the lanes on Lapeer Rd. His blood alcohol level was .197.
Thursday, March 30 A 48-year-old man from Auburn Hills was heavily intoxicated when he drove his vehicle onto an anchor cable for a utility company on Rattledancer. The man had a blood alcohol level of .197. This was his second OWI offense.
A blue Jeep Cherokee with a trailer carrying dirt bikes reportedly stole a sign from an elementary school on Lakeville Rd.
Friday, March 31 While driving on Metamora Rd., an unknown object struck the passenger side of a man’s truck.
A 21-year-old female from Davison was seen stealing a pair of shoes and a bottle of gin from a store on Lapeer Rd. She was issued a citation for retail fraud.
Reports of an unknown person scattering nails and screws in the driveway of a sand and gravel business on Lakeville Rd. No tires were damaged.
Deputies were called when a 56-year-old man reported road rage from a 17-year-old boy driver on Deerpath Trail. The teen had thrown an egg at the man’s car before speeding off. His mother agreed to pay for the damage and the boy was issued a citation for reckless driving.
Saturday, April 1 An unknown person damaged the hood of a man’s vehicle while he was inside a bowling alley on Lapeer Rd. The letters ‘D? and ‘E? were scratched into the paint on the hood.
Reports of juvenile complaints after kids were riding their bikes on the unfinished Polly Ann Trail bridge.
Sunday, April 2 Reports of a 16-year-old male runaway from Crossroads for Youth.
A 23-year-old man was arrested for operating while intoxicated on Lapeer Rd and Market St. The deputy observed his slurred speech and bloodshot eyes. His blood alcohol level was .13.
Monday, April 3 A 16-year-old girl was seen stealing $8 worth of liquid makeup by pouring the contents into bottles she brought to a store on Lapeer Rd. She admitted to taking the makeup. The girl has a history of stealing from the store in the past.
A man said he left his debit card in the ATM machine at a bank on E. Drahner and Lapeer Rd. Since then, $800 has been withdrawn from his account.

Wednesday, March 22 Four female teenagers from Crossroads for Youth ran away, but were later picked up by the Pontiac Police Department.
A 35-year-old man from Lapeer was pulled over for going 70 in a 50 mph zone on Baldwin Rd. He was also issued a citation for driving with a suspended license.
Thursday, March 23 A 15-year-old student at the high school reported that her I-POD and $5 in cash were stolen from her backpack in the gym locker room while at school.
Friday, March 24 The rear door of a food pantry on First St. was found open with damage done to the door frame. The cash register was rifled through, but nothing was taken. The day before a pantry worker said a man called and came in asking for money. He may be a possible suspect.
A man found a cash register in a dumpster on Hill Crest Dr. with no currency in the slots.
The rear door of a church on First St. was found opened by a resident. The damage to the door frame appears to be done by the same person who broke into the food pantry. The only thing missing was a VCR/DVD player.
A 54-year-old man on Franklin Lake Circle wanted to file an assault and battery report against his 37-year-old male tenant. He went to the tenants home to discuss a warranty issue, but the man became enraged and threatened to beat him up and refused to let him leave. The tenant apologized and no charges were pressed.
A 32-year-old man from Metamora, who is also a police officer for the city of Pontiac, was transported to the Lapeer Regional Hospital after allegedly threatening to commit suicide. His wife, who is also an officer for Pontiac, said they were driving to work when the man began pointing his gun at his stomach and under his chin saying ‘he had nothing to live for.? While stopped at a red light at Drahner and Lapeer roads, the man fled from the vehicle. When deputies located the man near Coats and Oakwood roads, he allegedly refused to comply with orders and ran. He was eventually apprehended and disarmed. The man’s wife told deputies her husband has threatened suicide many times and is currently taking medication for depression.
Saturday, March 25 A 17-year-old girl from Ortonville was issued a citation for retail fraud after trying to steal CDs from a store on Lapeer Rd. The girl was seen taking the CDs off the shelf and placing them in her bag. She then went into the bathroom and was heard taking off the cellophane packaging before trying to walk out the door without paying.
Sunday, March 26 A Rochester man’s summer cabin on Ora was broken into. The front door was found open and the screen door was knocked off. His furniture was marked up with black permanent marker, dishes were broken on the floor and blue paint was poured on the bedroom floor. There are no suspects at this time.
A vehicle swerving on Lakeville Rd. was stopped by a deputy. The 28-year-old passenger was arrested for two outstanding warrants for two incidents of operating while intoxicated. An open can of beer was found in the car, but the man denied he was drinking it.
Monday, March 27 A vehicle’s driver side window was broken out by an unknown subject on Hunters Rill. A bag containing a CD player, safety glasses and two pairs of gloves were stolen.
A married couple going through a divorce got into a verbal argument at a bowling alley on Lapeer Rd. The wife says her husband is an alcoholic and is verbally abusive to her. Deputies advised her to get a personal protection order.
Tuesday, March 28 A woman on Keble Ln. called deputies saying her 20-year-old son was ‘out of control.? He told her if she called police that he would ‘get a knife and kill her.? He also said he’s going to ‘smash his truck into a tree at 100 mph.? The son has attempted suicide in the past. He agreed to be transported to St. Joe’s Hospital for evaluation.

Tuesday, March 14 A 23-year-old man from Auburn Hills was arrested for operating while intoxicated on Lapeer and Manitou. His blood alcohol level was .137.
A 36-year-old female has been harassing her boss at the post office after he decreased her workload. She threatened to ‘go postal? and shoot him in the head.
Thursday, March 16 A 36-year-old man was arrested on Oneta for a felony warrant for operating under the influence of liquor out of the Village of Oxford.
A 32-year-old female on Highland Rd. reported receiving harassing phone calls from a 52-year-old man from Holly.
Friday, March 17 A 14-year-old male punched a 16-year-old male in the face several times while at lunch at the high school. The 16-year-old received a fractured nose. The two had apparently been in an argument all year.
A 30-year-old man from Waterford was arrested on Thomas Rd. for a warrant for probation violation for driving with a suspended license. He was pulled over for driving carelessly and exited the vehicle with an open bottle of beer.
A 23-year-old man was arrested for operating while intoxicated for the second time on Lapeer and Drahner Rd. His blood alcohol level was .10. He was pulled over for a headlight that was out on his vehicle.
A 21-year-old man was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on W. Burdick and Washington. Approximately one gram of marijuana was found in the center console.
Saturday, March 18 Deputies were dispatched to a mobile home on East Manor after neighbors saw a male trying to break into the home. The 18-year-old was found inside and arrested for home invasion. He claims the owner of the house said he could go there whenever he wanted.
A 42-year-old woman was arrested on Drahner for operating a vehicle while being intoxicated with drugs. The woman said she ‘passed out? while she was driving and caused a small accident. She was slurring her speech when she told the deputy she’s on five different medications. The woman’s 14-year-old daughter was in the car at the time, but was not injured. There was no alcohol in her system.
A 25-year-old man was arrested for operating under the influence of liquor on Lapeer Rd. and Harriet. His blood alcohol level was .17 and deputies saw him going 50 mph in a 30 zone.
Sunday, March 19 A woman’s truck windshield was cracked by a rock on Shumard Branch.
Monday, March 20 A 14-year-old son on S. Baldwin Rd. got into a verbal argument with his mother’s boyfriend after he told him to take a shower.
The windows of four trucks at a business on W. Drahner were broken by rocks.
Tuesday, March 21 A 30-year-old man was arrested on Sunset Blvd. for operating a vehicle while intoxicated for the second time. His blood alcohol level was .22.

Tuesday, March 7 Reports of two 16-year-old males running away from Crossroads for Youth.
Unknown suspects broke into a home on Dunlap Circle through the living room window and stole $300 worth of U.S. coins and five pairs of blue jeans.
A 27-year-old man from Davison stole 16 bottles of diet pills from a store on the corner of E. Drahner and Lapeer Rd. The man walked into the store, grabbed them off the shelf and ran out the front door. He fled north on Lapeer Rd., but a clerk was able to get a license plate number. He has yet to be located.

Wednesday, March 8 A 32-year-old female was arrested during a traffic stop on M-24 for an Oakland County Friend of the Court warrant.

Friday, March 10 A 70-year-old man involved in a minor car accident with a 29-year-old man on Drahner was so angry with him, that he exited his vehicle with a crow bar wrapped in newspaper and poked the man with it. The man didn’t receive any injuries. The older man was issued a citation for disorderly conduct.
A business owner on Metamora Rd. reported receiving 30 hang up calls. He believes it is his ex-wife.

Saturday, March 11 Reports of a 15-year-old male running away from Crossroads for Youth after finding out he tested positive for alcohol use.
A 40-year-old man on Pondview Lane was issued a citation for operating while intoxicated, resisting, obstructing and refusing a PBT. The man was pulled over for swerving and failing to signal.
Residents on Dunlap Circle were issued a citation for disturbing the peace. They were playing their music too loudly.

Sunday, March 12 Two 16-year-old females from Emmett were seen stealing shoes, nail polish, cologne and various make up items at a store on N. Lapeer Rd. The two tried to conceal the $151.29 worth of merchandise under their clothes and in their purse.
A 23-year-old woman on Broad Meadow reported to deputies that her husband pushed her during an argument over finances. She fell to the ground and hit her chin, which caused it to bleed. Both agreed to separate for a while.

Monday, March 13 A resident on Worthington returned home from vacation only to find it had been broken into through back windows. Her television was the only thing missing. All of her wood furniture was gouged and food was thrown everywhere. She believes her fiance’s ex-girlfriend may be to blame.

Tuesday, March 14 A 23-year-old man from Auburn Hills was arrested for operating while intoxicated while driving on Lapeer Rd.

Monday, February 27 Seven flat tires were found on mail trucks at the Oxford Post Office. The Postmaster said the tires run $80 to $100 each.

Wednesday, March 1 An Oakland County Road Commission worker noticed a male subject walking to a parked car on Stanton Rd. and ‘crouching down? before going through the car. The suspect noticed the man watching him and took off in a car before deputies arrived. The license plate was registered to a Rochester Hills man. Deputies found what looked like to be remnants of cocaine in the car that was broken into.
An officer pulled over a 22-year-old male from Pontiac for a broken tail light while driving on Dennison St. He was cited for driving with a suspended license.
A 23-year-old Oxford man was arrested for operating while intoxicated, having open bottles of liquor in his vehicle and for possession of marijuana.
Reports of animal complaints on Woodleigh Way.
An elderly man on East St. was found stuck in his window well outside of his apartment. The man was heavily intoxicated.

Thursday, March 2 A resident on Glaspie St. found a five-year-old boy in his backyard around 7:30 a.m. The boy wouldn’t say where he lived, but said he ran away because he didn’t like his father. Neighbors noticed the boy and gave the deputy his address. The parents said the boy was asleep in his bed when they passed by his room. The incident was sent to the Family Independence Agency for review.
A 16-year-old male was asked by a theater manager to leave and never return after the boy had continuously caused disturbances. A girl posing as his mother called the manager and threatened to damage her vehicle.
A father reported his son sold a paintball gun over the internet to a person out of the country. The buyer sent $4,000 more than the asking price and now wants the money back.

Friday, March 3 A pizza delivery man was dropping off a pie to a home on Trillium Trail. When he returned to his vehicle, he noticed his cell phone was missing. He called his phone and someone answered, but then the call was disconnected.
A deputy found a 48-year-old mentally and physically disabled man with lightweight clothing wandering down Hummer Lake Rd. in the cold. He said he was a resident of a group home, but the owners said he was there voluntarily and they had no responsibility for him. The man left the next day after someone picked him up.
A husband and wife on Scarlet Oak reported hearing tapping noises outside their home at night. They found their spare key in the door lock of the rear door in the morning. Deputies advised them to have their locks changed.
A 16-year-old male’s father brought him to the police station seeking help to commit him to a treatment center.
A woman on Park St. reported her husband to the police claiming he was stealing electricity and gas from the utility company.
A woman on Louck reported someone knocking on her bedroom windows. No one was seen outside or around the home.

Saturday, March 4 Both front and rear passenger windows were broken out on a woman’s truck on Delano Rd. She believes her neighbor, who is an attorney, may be to blame because they’ve had an ongoing property dispute.
An man on Maloney reported fraud to deputies after a Lapeer woman acquired and used an AT&T Mastercard in his name without permission. The woman lived with him and his wife. The man wasn’t going to file a police report, but changed his mind after she perpetrated the same fraud with his friend.
An officer observed a 36-year-old female from Brandon Township slumped over in her car in a parking lot on W. Burdick. The officer observed a strong odor of intoxicants and feared she had alcohol poisoning. The Oxford Fire Department and AMR responded and transported her to POH Medical Center.
A 24-year-old female and her friend were found sitting in a vehicle in a parking lot off of S. Washington St. Both were extremely intoxicated to where the friend couldn’t walk. The Oxford Fire Department responded to the scene and transported the woman to the hospital. The 24-year-old began verbally abusing the medical crew and was arrested for disturbing the peace and public intoxication.
A resident on Bay Pointe Dr. reported suspicious circumstance with people fishing.
Reports of family trouble in an upstairs apartment on Crawford. The residents threw a couch out the window and broke the downstairs window.
A six-year-old girl was run over by a snowmobile on Seymour Lake Rd.

Sunday, March 5 Deputies responded to an alarm at a golf course on Metamora Rd. The lower entry door to the clubhouse was forced open with an unknown object. No suspects were found in or around the clubhouse. The manager determined nothing was missing. Deputies stopped a vehicle driving near by for possible suspects. A 25-year-old man was driving the car and stated he had been employed at a different golf course.
A mother and her son who live on Center St. have been receiving threatening phone calls from the woman’s ex-husband. The father has vandalized their property in the past. The woman was advised to get a personal protection order.
An officer observed a 21-year-old man from Rochester Hills disobey a traffic signal at Washington and Burdick streets. The man had an outstanding criminal bench warrant out of Utica and was arrested.
Reports of a child with seizures on Quailridge.
A resident on Shummard Branch reported a diabetic reaction.

Monday, March 6 A female sought help from the police after her roommate threw her out.

Tuesday, February 21 A 24-year-old man from Oxford was arrested for an outstanding bench warrant, for driving with a suspended license and for possession of marijuana.
A woman noticed her wallet was stolen while she was pumping gas at a store on N. Lapeer Rd. Her credit card company informed her after someone purchased $31 worth of gas at a Lake Orion station.
Wednesday, February 22 A 22-year-old man was cited after spinning his tires in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant on N. Washington St. Gravel from the ground caused damage to another vehicle.
A 19-year-old female reported to police that she’s been receiving harassing phone calls from a man she met at a club in Flint. The man stated he wanted to break her car windows and shoot her.
A divorced couple living together on Thomas Rd. got into a heated argument The man reportedly pushed the woman and she slapped him. Neither want to pursue the matter further.
Thursday, February 23 An unknown subject stole a wallet out of a woman’s purse while she was at work on N. Lapeer Rd. Her driver’s license, various credit cards, Social Security card and $12 in cash were in the wallet.
Reports of suspicious circumstances at a medical facility on N. Washington St. A man called to ask how to change a diaper on his 5-year-old daughter who is mentally disabled. The nurse was suspicious because another man had called in the past stating he was sexually assaulting someone.
An unknown person threw two large rocks through the rear window of a model home on Stoney Lake Dr.
Friday, February 24 An 18-year-old man from Lapeer was arrested during a traffic stop for speeding on M-24 for a misdemeanor warrant out of Auburn Hills.
Saturday, February 25 The Oxford Fire Department responded to a home on Brentwood Dr. for a possible overdose of a 24-year-old female. The woman said she wasn’t suicidal, but just had a bad reaction to a medication she was taking.
Sunday, February 26 A husband and wife on Wise St. got into a very verbal argument, but there were no physical injuries.
A 21-year-old man from Lapeer was issued a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license. He was also cited for going 60 in a 55 m.p.h. zone.
Monday, February 27 A 50-year-old man from Oxford was arrested for operating while intoxicated for the second time. The man was seen making wide turns and driving under the speed limit on Drahner Rd. Deputies also found an open beer can that was a quarter full.
Family trouble on Clear Lake Ct. after a man reported his soon to be ex-wife may have entered his locked car to steal his date book and divorce papers.

Tuesday, February 7 Two 15-year-old boys ran away from Crossroads for Youth.
Wednesday, February 8 Fifty CDs and $30 in cash were stolen from a car on W. Manor. The unknown suspect cut a hole in the convertible top to get inside.
A 27-year-old woman on Shummard Branch called police stating she had been receiving threatening text messages from a 45-year-old woman.
Two males were seen running from a woman’s vehicle on Pontiac after breaking the window out and stealing a $20 bill.
Thursday, February 9 A husband got a call at work from an unknown person stating his wife was with him. When the man called his home on Shakely Ln., his wife said the same man called her earlier. They have no idea who it could be.
Reports of a woodchipper being stolen from a business on Metamora Rd.
Friday, February 10 A 55-year-old man from Leonard was arrested after hitting a woman’s vehicle on Glaspie and fleeing the scene. Deputies chased him down Lakeville Rd. in his Geo Metro before cutting him off. The man was on Vicodin and Zantax and had an outstanding warrant for possession of marijuana.
Reports of a mailbox on W. Drahner being knocked down by an unknown vehicle.
A wallet, checkbook and credit cards were stolen out of an unlocked vehicle on Crestwood.
Saturday, February 11 A 48-year-old man from Deckerville was arrested on S. Lapeer Rd. for operating while intoxicated. Witnesses saw him swerving from lane to lane. The man had a blood alcohol level of .112.
A 24-year-old man on Oakwood Rd. was issued a summons for recreational trespassing after a woman saw him driving on her parent’s lawn.
A mother on Stanton called police after a 16-year-old boy had been harassing her and her daughters by yelling obscenities at them.
Sunday, February 12 A 16-year-old boy ran away from Crossroads for Youth.
A 30-year-old man on Oakwood Rd. was arrested for domestic assault after he pushed his 28-year-old girlfriend down a hallway, dragged her by her hair and punched her in the face. The man had a blood alcohol level of .169 at the time of the incident.
Monday, February 13 Two 15-year-olds, a 14-year-old and a 12-year-old girl ran away from Crossroads for Youth. They were later found at a pizzeria waiting for a taxi cab.
An officer on patrol noticed a vehicle running with no lights on parked on Bay Pointe Dr. with a 13-year-old girl and 18-year-old man sleeping. The girl stated she was suicidal and didn’t want to return home. The man was basically a stranger she met. The girl was returned to her parents.

Tuesday, January 31 A 25-year-old female on Harvard filed a report stating someone used her social security number to obtain a credit card. It was used to purchase a computer.
A 29-year-old male on Augusta filed a report stating someone used his social security number to get a car loan. The loan was traced back to a 30-year-old man in Minnesota who purchased a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am with the money.
The rear window of an office on Lakeville Rd. was broken out.
Wednesday, February 1 An 82-year-old woman on W. Drahner was committed to a hospital for mental treatment after she was seen talking to a car with no one inside.
A 23-year-old woman on Maynard Circle called deputies after an unknown person called her claiming to be from eBay. The person asked for her personal information and was able to withdrawal $71.70 from her checking account.
Thursday, February 2 A 17-year-old boy and 14-year-old girl were caught trespassing at the Oxford High School pool after it was closed.
An 18-year-old girl on Cross Timbers called deputies after her 20-year-old brother broke into her safe and stole $20. He also stole a cell phone and digital camera belonging to a woman on Somerville.
Friday, February 3 A 55-year-old Vietnam War veteran on Hunters Rill was transported to POH for mental treatment after stating he wanted to kill himself because he kept having ‘flash backs.?
Saturday, February 4 A 15-year-old Crossroads for Youth resident was arrested for assault and battery after violently hitting an employee on the side of his head. The employee had to be sent to POH in Pontiac. The boy was sent to Children’s Village.
Reports of a vehicle larceny on Woodbriar Ct. The car owner went outside to warm up his car and returned to find his wallet, checkbook and binoculars missing. There wasn’t any cash in the wallet, only a license and social security card.
Eighty CDs totaling $1,000 was stolen out of an unlocked vehicle on Woodbriar Ct.
Reports of an XM Radio stolen out of an unlocked vehicle on Quail Ridge Dr.
A homeowner on Maynard Circle was surprised when she returned home to find her Dell laptop, its case, a 24 inch TV, digital camera and computer software stolen. The unknown suspect is believed to have entered through an unlocked rear door.
Monday, February 6 A 23-year-old male still hasn’t been found after his 20-year-old girlfriend on Dunlap Circle reported him for domestic assault and battery. The man struck the four-month pregnant woman in the face, legs and pulled her hair before fleeing the scene.
A homeowner on Minnetonka reported he was the victim of identity theft after he received a Verizon bill for $1,782. He says he has never owned a Verizon cell phone.

Wednesday, January 25 A woman on Metamora arrived home and found her riding lawnmower at the end of her driveway. The same home had been broken into through the basement two days before.
A cell phone and jumper cables were stolen out of an unlocked vehicle on W. Drahner.
The rear tires and rims were stolen off of a new truck at a Dodge dealership on N. Lapeer.

Thursday, January 26 A 26-year-old man from Imlay City was arrested on N. Lapeer Road for operating a vehicle while intoxicated for the second time.
A 14-year-old boy’s cell phone was stolen out of his unlocked locker while swimming at the high school’s swimming pool.
Friday, January 27 A 22-year-old man from Oxford was cited for possession of marijuna during a routine traffic stop on S. Washington.
A 21-year-old man was pulled over for speeding on Burdick and Glaspie. He was arrested for a misdemeanor warrant out of Waterford. He was released on a $50 bond.
Saturday, January 28 A mother on Island Lake filed a report with the police after her 14-year-old daughter said she was raped by an 18-year-old ex-friend last October. The man had also been text messaging her with threats.
A yellow mini-bike was stolen off of the front lawn of a business on N. Washington.
Officers were called to a home on Baypointe for a possible domestic assault. A father had asked his 15-year-old daughter to get off the computer. She refused and began to back-talk him. He said he ‘lightly slapped? her cheek. The girl said she wasn’t hurt, but her and her three sisters went to stay with their grandparents for the night.
Sunday, January 29 An 18-year-old female on Aquaview Dr. called police after a 21-year-old man violated her personal protection order against him. The man was calling her cell phone and threatening her.
A car window was broken out with a brick on Watersmeet.
Officers responded to an apartment on Louck for possible family trouble. A 38-year-old initoxicated man was sitting in his truck after having an argument with his 33-year-old girlfriend. The woman was found unresponsive in the apartment due to intoxication as well. She eventually woke up, but refused medical treatment. There were no signs of physical abuse.
Reports of three angry males waiting for a bartender outside the bar on S. Washington. They were upset with him because he kicked them out. The men were gone before police responded.

Tuesday, January 17 Reports of harassing phone calls on Pembroke Lane.
A 49-year-old female stated she was threatened by her 37-year-old neighbor on Crawford. The man claims the woman is harassing him. Both were advised to stay away from each other.

Wednesday, January 18 A man was driving southbound on Lapeer Rd. when his window was shattered. There are no suspects or witnesses.
A 22-year-old woman on Cygnet Circle was arrested for an oustanding warrant for failure to appear for probation.
Reports of a small car crash on W. Burdick and Washington. There were no injuries.
A resident reported chest pains and trouble breathing on W. Drahner.

Thursday, January 19 A 15-year-old boy followed a 14-year-old girl as she got off her school bus on Somerville. The boy violated a personal protection order the girls? family had against him.
Two teenagers on East St. got into an argument where items were thrown out the front door. Both parties stated the argument did not get physical.

Friday, January 20 A snowmobile and truck were stolen from a home on Gill St.
A Lake Orion man claims he was being threatened while at a restaurant on S. Lapeer Rd.
Two women from Orion used fraudulent bottle return slips to purchase items from a store on N. Lapeer Rd. They were issued misdemeanor local ordinance tickets.
A 30-year-old man on Brooks Lane physically assaulted his 30-year-old fiance by pushing her to the ground several times and then locking her out of the house. He was arrested for domestic assault.
A 54-year-old man from Lincoln Park was arrested for driving with a suspended lisence and for an outstanding warrant from Wayne County.
An employee at a bank on S. Washington is filing a police report after a male co-worker sexually harassed her.

Saturday, January 21 A 17-year-old male student from OHS approached his ex-girlfriend at a dance on Saturday and grabbed her by the arm trying to get her to leave. The girls 16-year-old date tackeled the ex-boyfriend and was punched in the eye with brass knuckles before he fled the dance.
Reports of mail tampering on Augusta after two letters were found open.
A 32-year-old man from Waterford was arrested for operating while intoxicated on Lapeer Rd.
Reports of a suspicious Jeep Cherokee passing by the same home repeatedly on Thornehill Trail.

Sunday, January 22 Reports of a phsyical fight on Crawford.
A homeowner on N. Washington requested a peace officer while his wife, who has since moved out, came back to take her belongings.

Monday, January 23 A home on Metamora Rd. was broken into while the owner was away. This is the second time the home has been broken into. Two mink coats and miscellaneous other clothes were stolen from the garage.
A 16-year-old boy from Crossroads for Youth disappeared after doing his chores.
A woman on Brentwood filed a report after she was charged $2,374 for a DTE bill from a home in Detroit.
Reports of a female trying to steal cigars from a gas station on S. Lapeer Rd.
A 20-year-old man from Lapeer was seen speeding through the village. He was cited for driving without a license and for operating while under the influence.
A woman on S. Washington called about a man ‘lurking? around her truck in a coffee shop parking lot.
Reports of two males in an altercation on Drahner and Glenmoor roads.

Reports of an accidental damage of property on Manitou. A dumpster was being delivered to a home and accidently drove across another lawn causing possible sprinkler system damage.
Reports of a 12-year-old girl receiving threatening computer instant messages on Woodliegh Way.
A laptop computer was stolen from a home on Glaspie.

Wednesday, January 11
An 18-year-old man from Leonard was issued a misdemeanor citation for possession of narcotic paraphernalia while driving on E. Manor.
An employee at a car dealership on S. Lapeer Rd. found four Dodge Ram 1500 trucks missing their wheels, tires and rims. The total cost of the missing items was over $5,000.
A 35-year-old man from Oxford called police and stated he was on the way to fight a 33-year-old man from Lake Orion. He called because he’s on parole and ‘didn’t want to get in trouble.?
A 45-year-old man was hit by a 24-year-old driving a truck while riding his bike on the corner of Crawford and Washington. The truck was turning and didn’t see the man. The victim sufferred lacerations and a fractured right arm.

Thursday, January 12
A 31-year-old man from Metamora had a propane tank filled at a business on N. Lapeer Rd and paid with a bad check.
A 48-year-old woman was found slumped over on the corner of Stanton and Washington due to complications with her diabetes, pulminary lung disease and being intoxicated.

Friday, January 13
Reports of suspicious circumstances at an apartment complex on Pontiac St. A woman called stating her brother had been shot during a ‘bad drug deal.? Deputies found no evidence of weapons, a shooting or drugs at the residence.
A 61-year-old man was arrested for operating while intoxicated on Broadway. He blew a .13 and was seen driving without lights on.

Saturday, January 14
A radio was stolen from a vehicle on Scarlet Oak Ct.
Reports of an uknown suspect(s) entering an unlocked trailer on Dunlap Circle. Two prescription medications were stolen. There were no fingerprints.
Reports of a small vehicle crash in the south west parking lot off of S. Washington and Burdick.
A nail salon in the Oxford Marketplace Plaza was broken into. An open rear door was noticed by an officer patroling the area. About $200 in cash was stolen from the register.
A 15-year-old girl from Lake Orion is in critical condition after being hit by a car while crossing Washington St. The girl tried to cross from the Starbucks on Dennison over to the theater and was hit by a 57-year-old woman from Royal Oak. The girl was transferd to POH in Pontiac and sustained pelvic fractures and an open wound to her right thigh. The driver was not issued a citation.

Sunday, January 15
A 20-year-old man from Lake Orion and 18-year-old man from Oxford were both issued a citation for tresspassing after breaking into an unoccupied trailer on Scarlet Oak Ct. Both tried to flee from the deputy.
A 30-year-old man from Rochester Hills was arrested for his second offense of operating while intoxicated while driving on Dunlap.
Reports of uknown persons driving on a lawn on Bay Pointe Dr. possibly causing sprinkler system damage.

Monday, January 16
An elderly husband and wife on Cardigan Dr. were involved in a heated argument. The wife claimed her wheel-chair bound husband ‘hit her in the face? and ‘pushed her away.? Deputies found no physical harm and their son said his mother has dementia. She is living with her son for the time being.
An 18-year-old man was arrested while riding his bike on East street. The officer noticed him from past incidents. He was arressted for a warrant for failing to appear in court. He was also cited for possession of marijuana after the officer found a baggie of it in his jacket.

Wednesday, December 28 Reports of a vehicle with mechanical problems stalled in the middle of Glaspie St.
Thursday, December 29 A woman on Dunlap Circle woke up and found her front bedroom window partially opened. She believes someone broke in but didn’t steal anything.
A heavily intoxicated 48-year-old man refused to leave a restauraunt on S. Washington after getting sick from drinking. His PBT was .223 percent and he was taken to POH.
Reports of a suspicious vehicle on Crawford and Pontiac streets. A male and female were sitting in the car and stayed in one spot for a long period. They left quickly when a witness approached the vehicle.
Friday, December 30 Reports of family trouble on Gill St. between a husband and wife going through a divorce.
A business on S. Washington filed a juvenile complaint for kids loitering in the enterance of the business.
Saturday, December 31 A resident on Louck reported someone forced entry into the home through a window. The responsibles were friends of her daugher who wanted to use the hot tub.
Sunday, January 1 A 47-year-old man who wanted to be romantically involved with a woman on Fox Ct. is facing a personal protection order against him after he entered her home and began to push her.
A 26-year-old female on Crestwood overdosed on heroin. Her friend called paramedics and she was transported to POH for further medical treatment.
Reports of a 15-year-old boy running away from Crossroads for Youth using a forged pass.
Reports of a domestic dispute between a man and his girlfriend on Hunters Rill. He threw her to the floor and began throwing objects in the home and threatened to kill her before leaving the scene.
A caller reported a man trying to kick-in the front door of a bar on Washington.
An adult male on W. Burdick was taken to the hospital for a laceration on his hand.
Monday, January 2 A member of a church on S. Lapeer reported the church’s shed door had been pried off. A John Deer snow-blower and weed-eater were stolen.

Three 15-year-old female students at Oxford High School were suspended for five days after engaging in a pushing fight.
Thursday, November 10 Reports of a wallet being stolen from a fast food restaurant on N. Lapeer Rd. The owner noticed unauthorized charges totaling $1,500 by someone in Pennsylvania.
A woman tried using a counterfeit $20 bill at a fast food restaurant on N. Lapeer Rd.
Reports of mail-order medications being stolen out of a mailbox on Gibson.
A red cement mixer was stolen off the corner of Broadway and Mill St.
Friday, November 11 A 19-year-old man was involved in a car accident on Baldwin and Seymour Lake Rd. and was cited for operating while intoxicated and disregarding a traffic signal.
A display case at a movie theater on S. Washington was broken after two teenage boys got into a fight.
Saturday, November 12 Two teen girls got into a physical argument at Crossroads for Youth. One girl threatened to kill the other and was transported to Children’s Village.
Reports of juveniles using lumber to build forts on the Polly Ann Trail.
Sunday, November 13 A 16-year-old male from Pontiac was seen driving erratically on Bay Pointe Dr. and fled from police when they tried to pull him over. He was intoxicated and had various bottles of alcohol in the car. He was arrested for attempting to flee an officer, not having a drivers license, minor in possession and operating while intoxicated.
Monday, November 14 An 18-year-old male was seen inhaling from an aerosol can at a store on N. Lapeer Rd. He was issued a citation for retail fraud.
An 18-year-old female called police after her 21-year-old boyfriend became angry with her and pulled her from the couch and dragged her on the floor. She was not seriously injured.
