Since moving in 2002 to their new building at 74 N. Washington St. in Oxford, the company has continued to expand its services.
‘We repair, install and service furnaces, central air conditioning units, water heaters, water softeners, sump pumps, well pumps and tanks, septic tanks and just about anything else to do with plumbing, heating, and cooling,? said D’Onofrio.
Utilizing a modern fleet of four service vehicles occupied by four service technicians with nearly 40 years of combined experience, the company offers its customers a high level of service, expertise and technical know-how.
‘We work with and listen to our customers,? said Nealis. ‘Each of our technicians is fully licensed and trained with years of experience. We care about the work we do.?
D’Onofrio is a master plumber and Nealis is a licensed builder, which benefits their customers two-fold.
For example, if a customer needs new plumbing in their bathroom and will then need to follow up with drywall and ceramic tile, Oxford/Orion Plumbing and Heating can do it all. This eliminates the need for a second contractor, and removes the stress of trying to coordinate two jobs.

‘We have a computer testing lab,? said Nealis. ‘The computer print out tells you exactly what you need for your pool, and then you can buy all the supplies right here.?

And just in case the customer doesn’t already have somewhere aquatic to relax, Oxford/Orion Heating and Plumbing offers the full line of Royal Spa hot tubs for at home delivery.
‘We added these this past fall,? said Nealis. ‘We have models on display right in the store.?
D’Onofrio emphasized that the company offers ‘very competitive? rates when compared to larger chain stores for all those ‘do-it-yourselfers? out there.
‘We carry a full line of vanity tops, toilets, sinks and bathroom fixtures,? he stated. ‘If we don’t have it, we can probably order it. Customers can order direct through Abundant Supply portion of our company.?
‘We’re willing to go the extra mile for our customers. If they can’t find what they’re looking for here, and we can’t order it, we’ll find out who can. We are good at locating those hard-to-find specialty items,? added Nealis.
