The Addison Township fire department is holding an open house and free pancake breakfast on Saturday, Oct. 11, from 8 a.m. – noon.
Plans for the new fire station in the village of Leonard will be on display as well as one of the new North Oakland Mutual Aid Association HAZMAT trucks. There will also be plenty of activities for the little ones including a “Jaws of Life” demonstration.
The free “All-you-can-eat” pancake breakfast will feature celebrity “flippers.” For more information, contact the Addison Fire Department at 248-628-5600.
Pancake Breakfast
The Clarkston Masonic Lodge (Cedar 60) will host an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast on Labor Day, Sept. 5. Stop in to enjoy pancakes, sausage, orange juice, coffee, milk and tea.
Breakfast starts at 7 a.m. We will serve until the parade starts at 10 a.m. The cost is $6 for adults, $5 for seniors age 62 and up, and $3 for children age 3-12.
The Oxford Lions Club will be conducting a pancake breakfast on Saturday, Aug. 7 from 8 a.m. to noon at the Immanuel Congregational United Church of Christ located at 1 Hovey St.
Breakfast will include pancakes, sausage, syrup, coffee, milk or juice. The cost is $4 for adults and $3 for children. Children under age 3 are free.
Proceeds will benefit the Lions Club’s Oxford High School Scholarship Fund.
