HOFFMAN, PEGGY ANN of Ortonville, Michigan: died on August 15, 2024. She was 81.
Peggy was born February 15, 1943 in Pontiac, Michigan to the late Thomas Charles and Eulla Mae (nee: Coomer) Coomer. She married Dennis D. Hoffman August 8, 1970 in Ortonville, Michigan. She is survived by her beloved husband of 54 years, Dennis; four children, Dale Hoffman, Susan (Thomas) Reynolds, Cindy (Rich) Kepsel and Dennis (Heather) Hoffman; 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; sister of Jean Caudill, Joyce Vance and David (Linda) Coomer; she was preceded in death by four siblings, Thomas Coomer, Yvonne Coomer, Jim Coomer and Barbara Brown.
Peggy was a 1963 graduate of Goodrich High School. She was a Brownie and Girl Scout Leader for many years. She was a life member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 334 and coached girls T-Ball and participated in a local bowling league.
Funeral service will be on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at VILLAGE FUNERAL HOME, 135 South Street, Ortonville, Michigan. Interment will follow at Ortonville Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Monday from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Ortonville VFW Post #582. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
