ACCOUNTING SERVICES
Polly Ann Trail Management Council
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that proposals for accounting services for the Polly Ann Trail Management Council, Inc. (PATMC), a non-profit organization, will be accepted at P.O. Box 112 or 23 East Elmwood, Leonard, MI 48367, on or before February 13, at 2:00 p.m., 2008. Web site www.pollyanntrailway.org.
Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked: ‘PATMC Accounting Services Proposal?. Must have access to software including budget and prepare financial statements for monthly reporting per GASB.. The PATMC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, and to waive any informalities or technicalities regarding the proposals when deemed to be in the best interest of the PATMC.
