Postal food drive stocks FISH shelves

The National Association of Letter Carriers 23rd Annual Stamp Out Hunger food drive was quite successful.
On Saturday, a total of 38,392 pounds of food was collected for the Oxford-Orion FISH food pantry.
Volunteers, ranging from kids to senior citizens, spent hours sorting and stocking.
The Oxford Post Office collected 11,770 pounds, while the Lake Orion Post Office received 26,622 pounds.
All of the food will benefit hungry folks living in Oxford, Orion, Addison and Oakland townships.
