Potty mouths personify Paint Creek Trail, answers sought

Deputies responded to Goldengate Road and Pleasant Ridge Road for a report of malicious destruction of property around 3:30 p.m. December 17.
Upon arrival deputies meet with the complainant who stated that they had found the bridge had been spray painted.
Deputies? investigation revealed that unknown persons had sprayed painted both sides of bridge with profanity and drug references. This is the second incident involving graffiti in recent weeks.
Because of the recent and continued destruction, the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office will have extra patrol surrounding this area. OCSO is requesting tips from the public regarding continued defacing of public property on and near the Paint Creek Trail.
A reward is being offered for information leading to the identity of the responsible person(s). Anyone with information or crime tips regarding these incidents are encouraged to contact the Orion Township Sheriff’s Office Substation at 248 393-0090 for tips or our Dispatch Center at 248 858-4911 for crimes in-progress. Tipsters can remain anonymous.
