State reps. Eileen Kowall and Brad Jacobsen sponsor a town hall meeting on property tax assessment and the Board of Review appeal process, 6:30-7:30 p.m., Monday, March 5, Springfield Library, 2000 Davisburg Road.
The free event is a joint effort with state Sen. Dave Robertson, R-Grand Blanc, and will feature Mark Avery, local attorney and tax expert.
Topics include methods of appeal and common mistakes to avoid when completing property taxes. Local residents are encouraged to ask questions.
