Members present: Shirley Kautman-Jones, Teresa Onica, Ann Marie Moore, Barry June, Pat Major
Members absent: None
The Board took the following actions:
1) Approved the minutes of the regular meeting dated June 20, 2016 as presented.
2) Received the Treasurer’s report as presented.
3) Honored the warrants and paid the bills as presented.
4) Approved aggregate resurfacing of Atlas Road; Irish Road; Jossman Road; Ray Road; Thayer
Road and Vassar Road.
5) Adopted Resolution #16-07 to create a Special Assessment Road Resurfacing District for Lake Shinangaug East Association.
6) Meeting adjourned at 7:03 p.m.
