ATLAS TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING MONDAY, AUGUST 19, 2019 AT 5:30PM

Members present: T. Onica, K. Vick, B. June, A. Moore, P. Major

Members absent:  Pastor

Members Excused: Attorney Lattie

Staff present: S. Bullen, E. Klimek

The board took the following actions:

1) Adopted the Motion to approve the minutes of the July 15, 2019 Regular meeting as amended.

2) Adopted the Motion to approve the minutes of the July 19, 2019 Special meeting as amended.

3) Adopted the Motion to approve the Treasurer’s report.

4) Adopted the Motion to approve the Disbursements and Chase Account.

5) Adopted the Motion to approve the New Business to authorize $23,000 Grant Application for turn out gear:  Fire Department, Resolution #19-10.

6) Adopted the Motion to approve the New Business to authorize Grant Application FEMA Funding for Wells in Township:  Fire Department, Resolution #19-11.

7) Adopted the Motion to approve the New Business to authorize Conditional hiring of On-Call Fire Fighter Justin Folts, Resolution #19-12.

8) Adopted the Motion to approve a one-time Special Compensation to the Office Assistant for 4 hours due to an unexpected Power outage.

9) Adopted the Motion to Adjourn the meeting.
