Staff present: D. Lattie, S. Bullen, E. Klimek, M. Hart

The board took the following actions:

1) Adopted the Motion to add item #3 to New Business “Family Building Quotation” (Bulletin 2).

2) Adopted the Motion to approve the minutes of the June 17, 2019 meeting as amended.

3) Adopted the Motion to approve the Treasurer’s report.

4) Adopted the Motion to approve the Disbursements and Chase Account.

5) Adopted the Motion to approve Fire Alarm and Card Reader Systems for $8,557.

6) Adopted the Motion to approve “Bike to The Bricks” Resolution #19-14.

7) Adopted the Motion to approve Building Renovation change order (Bulletin 2) for $26,895.

8) Adopted the Motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:22pm.
