Regular meeting held on August 15, 2016 at 5:30 p.m.
Members present: Shirley Kautman-Jones, Tere Onica, Barry June, Pat Major
Members absent: Ann Marie Moore
The Board took the following actions:
1) Held Public Hearing to set special assessment district tax roll for Lake Shinanguag East Association road repair.
2) Approved the minutes of the regular meeting July 18, 2016 as amended.
3) Received the Treasurer’s report as presented.
4) Honored the warrants and paid the bills as presented.
5) Adopted Resolution #16-08 to set the tax roll for Lake Shinangaug East Association Special Assessment District for road repair.
6) Denied reimbursement request of $490.28 to the Fire Chief for repairs to his personal vehicle while on a fire run.
7) Authorized contract with Asphalt Management estimate #8308 and directed the Supervisor to work with the school to be reimbursed and to charge their portion of seal coating the Hegel Road bike path.
8) Meeting adjourned at 6:37 p.m.
