The Charter Township of Brandon Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing February 27, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. at Brandon Township Offices, 395 Mill Street, Ortonville, Michigan 48462 to hear the following appeals:

Location: 237 N. Hurd Road
Request: Applicant request variance from Section 46-242 (1) d.5.of an additional 464 sq. ft. over allowed accessory footage.
Appeal #19-0002
Zoned C4 Property ID # 03-19-176-014
Name: Mike Lalone
Location: 1366 S Ortonville Road
Request: Applicant request variance from:
1. Section 46-243 (2) to place fence in a front yard setback on a commercial lot.
2. Section 46-243 (2) to construct a 9’ fence which is 3’ higher than allowed.
