Request for Bids

395 Mill Street, Ortonville, MI 48462
Charter Twp. of Brandon is Accepting sealed bids for a PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT/FORMAN, for mass grading at the Brandon Twp. Community Park, located at 1414 N. Hadley Rd, Ortonville.
Must be capable of:
1. Reading Blue prints
2. Reading Grade stakes
3. Able to operate heavy earth moving equipment.
4. Willing to hire operators and labor.
5. One million dollars in liability insurance and workman’s comp is required.
6. Minimum 2 hours per morning 6 days per week.
7. Bid must include an hourly rate. Overtime is possible.
The time frame is August 1- October 31, 2019. Project is LWCF 2016 & 2017 grant for grade work for baseball fields, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts and parking.
Deadline for bids is August 2nd by 10am. Bids must be in a sealed envelope and delivered to Brandon Twp. Clerks office. Bid opening will occur on Friday August 2 at 10:30am.
