The Charter Township of Brandon Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing  February 26, 2020 at 7:00 P.M. at Brandon Township Offices, 395 Mill Street, Ortonville, Michigan 48462 to hear the following appeals:

Location:  1945 Lake Point Drive, Ortonville

Request:  Applicant requests variance from:

1. Section 46-215 to allow an addition to be 7’ from side yard setback (10’ required), in violation by 3’.

2. Section 46-215 to allow total side yard to be 22.9’ (30 required), in violation by 7.1’.

3. Section 46-389 (a) to allow 15.9’ set back from wetlands (25’ required), in violation by 9.1’.

This meeting is open to all members of the public under Michigan’s Open Meeting Act.
