NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Regular Meeting
The Charter Township of Brandon Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing October 28,2020 at 7:00 P.M. at Brandon Township Offices, 395 Mill Street, Ortonville, Michigan 48462 to hear the following appeals:

Location: 2400 Allen Road, Ortonville
Request: Applicant requests variance from:
1. Section 46-215 to allow an addition to be 4.5′ from side yard setback (10′ required), in violation by 5.5′.
2. Section 46-2 15 to allow total side yards to be 11.7′ (30 required), in violation by 18.3′.
3. Section 46-491 to allow less than the required 7′ side yard to permit fire equipment reasonable access and further to prevent the spreading of fire.

Request: Applicant requests variance from Section 46-242 (1) d. 5. For an additional accessory structure square footage of 1,574 over the allowed 826 square feet. (Proposed 2400 SF accessory structure).
